Lightly marbled C-Section Goddess

The female body is incredible.

The C-Section Goddess sculpture collection is about loving the female body with the scar after a C-Section delivery. This sculpture collection is in admiration of women's s strength when birthing babies this way.

As a mother who delivered both my children via C-Section and has her own scar, I understand the recovery of these deliveries.

I've adored creating these sculptures. As a woman, mother, artist, the goddess ranges and creation of life ranges are very personal.

Handmade with epoxy resin clay, lightly marbled with gold leaf. The sculpture is varnished with clay varnish.

Each piece isn't perfect, textures which are then worked into the design, this works perfectly with the sculptures concept. This design in particular has a slight difference to the breasts, which I felt was a perfect imperfection and can be open to interpretation.

Recommended to keep in a dry, room temperature area, no exposure to flames.
